Fees are payable at the time of your appointment.
Face to face appointments require payment, in person, at your visit. This payment can be made via credit card, debit card or EFTPOS. Telehealth consultations also require payment at the time of your visit via credit card.
Once payment is made, you will be issued with an invoice including the item number for the service provided and my provider number. This will allow you to access a Medicare Rebate for your session.
Medicare rebates can be obtained by using the Express Plus Medicare App or via your Medicare Online Account on mygov.
Please see the list provided below for indicative fees and expected rebates.
RACGP MBS
Hourly rate is $250 payable at the time of consultation.
A Medicare rebate will apply and this varies depending on the item number used and whether you have a mental health care plan.
Your rebate can be claimed directly from Medicare and is usually deposited into your account in 7-10 working days. Please contact me if you have any specific questions about fees and Medicare

Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hrs notice will incur a fee of $100 plus GST. This cancellation fee does not attract a medicare rebate. Please note, that if you have an appointment and you are unable to make it in person, we can easily change the appointment to Telehealth Video so please consider doing this before cancelling.
Cancellations made with less than 8 hrs notice and “No Shows” will incur full payment of $260 for the session. This cancellation fee does not attract a medicare rebate.
Repeated cancellations or no shows may mean that I need to discontinue therapy with you until such time as you are committed to engage in it. This also allows me to offer the appointment to another patient in need.
Time and Punctuality
I ask that you please aim to be on time for your appointment, or even a little early. Your consultation will usually last 60mins and if you are late, your consultation will not run over to make up for the time you were late. This is to be fair to your treating doctor and to patients who might have an appointment after yours.
